Rio Ferdinand never liked Carlos Tevez’s decision to join Manchester City. But when the subject came up in their interview, Tevez challenged Rio to explain why. Rio Ferdinand: “I always respected him, you know, even when he went to City. I didn't like his decision. I didn't like the reason why.” “And he was putting it on me. ‘Well, why didn't you like it? What was your problem? What was your problem? Why didn't you like it?’” Rio says Tevez doesn’t hold back and is unapologetic in the interview. Rather than simply defending his move to City, Tevez puts the question back to someone who disagreed with him.
