Anthropic's SOC has no tier1 or tier2. AI ingests alerts, runs investigations and routes hard calls to humans. The classic SOC pyramid was a workaround for the constraint of human analysts. That constraint is now disappearing. intezer.com/blog/the-tierles… @IntezerLabs

Myth: AI is replacing security teams. Fact: The data disagrees According to @a16z 96% of CISOs they surveyed, plan to keep their security teams the same size or grow them. All while increasing their spend on cyber tooling and AI SOC. Full report here: a16z.com/the-new-security-ag…

Only 4% of CISOs plan security cuts in 2027. AI SOC isn’t about headcount, it’s about the alerts nobody has time to look at. That’s why 100 CISOs ranked it their #1 priority for @a16z. Read our breakdown: intezer.com/blog/a16z-survey…

In a single year, AI has rewritten the security priority list for CISOs. Attackers are moving faster. Bain estimates AI compresses a typical cyberattack from about four weeks to about 18 hours, and models keep getting better at finding and exploiting weaknesses. There's also more to protect, with employees shipping apps they couldn't have built a year ago and agents getting access to source code, documents, and production systems. In a survey of 100 CISOs at companies with 1,000+ employees, all seven of the most-selected 2027 priorities involve AI. The biggest jumps since 2026: - Internal AI agent security (+28 pts) - AI SOC (+26 pts) - AI offensive security (+24 pts) - AI code security (+23 pts) - AI vulnerability remediation (+22 pts) Last year's staples: - Exposure & vulnerability management (-21 pts) - SIEM / security data (-18 pts) - Privileged access management (-18 pts) From a16z's @OwenColby and @steph_zhang on The New Security Agenda: a16z.news/p/the-new-security…

This sounds like a typical "Irish" joke, but it's true: The Irish Government bought a new €53m jet. And insisted on removing an Israeli-made navigational system. Now it can't land in the fog 🤣🤣🤣 thejournal.ie/dassault-falco…

Some detection engineering teams have never sat next to the analyst triaging what their rules produce. The SOC analyst is the one who finds out in real time whether any of it actually works. Some thoughts: intezer.com/blog/detection-e…

“We’re already paying for Claude. Why not just use it to triage and investigate every alert?” Some thoughts on this: intezer.com/blog/intezer-ins…
