Check out our latest paper! Congrats on this amazing work @ZhuChemBio!
An autonomous E. coli system to genetically encode a functional nonhydrolyzable phosphoserine mimic into proteins is created and used to reveal how 14-3-3 phosphorylation rewires its interactome.

Excited to have this on the rxiv! Time to finish up the next paper and defend!
We’re excited to share cryo-TomoSim (aka CTS), our #cryoET modeling and simulation software, in addition to our new preprint documenting its use in training regressive denoising and semantic segmentation U-Nets.

That feel when you are now 3 months into your postdoc and your big, reach graduate project actually turned into something pretty good.
A really great paper!
Our paper on 14-3-3 proteins and their role in protein aggregation and phase separation is out! This paper represents the main PhD thesis work by my student Dmitri Segal. 1/ cell.com/molecular-cell/full…
14-3-3s are such cool proteins, and still have ambiguous function given how many other proteins they interact with. If you like PTMs, too check out my latest pub in @ProteinSociety journal Protein Science! These were my first structures ever solved!
