Is it just me or the level of passive aggression in EU customer support of any service is BEYOND normal????
I literally have to be almost aggressive asking them to help me on the matter. Otherwise they see you as a weak target and ignore….
I still remember 2020 and my experience with DHL customer support. I barely spoke any German, and spent almost 3 hours finally reaching out to an English speaking person.
I shared my issue with them only to hear something like “can’t you fucking Google it?!”
Google had no obvious answer, and this was insanely rude.
My dad was in pretty bad condition in a hospital with Covid in another country, but that exact conversation was the very last punch in my guts.
