@Ask_Spectrum hey what’s up with my service, been out all day and zero updates. Really?
Another @Ask_Spectrum victim weighs in.

I’m completely done with @Ask_Spectrum. I’ve lost so much work dealing with the shotty service. I will be switching providers at the end of the month.
Says it all, really.

Yet another unfortunate @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum customer. Spoiler alert: if you force them you’ll get $ for days out of service, not other losses.

A win for the consumers! #TimeWarner #Spectrum forced to pay over $18 million to #LosAngeles customers for selling speeds that they COULD NOT provide. (Think of that try to sell you 900 Mbps Internet!) At Bel Air Internet, we GUARANTEE speeds for our customers. #FridayThoughts

"Spectrum customers who lost service are entitled to credits on their accounts. But instead of automatically crediting customers, the company makes customers contact them first."

Let’s be clear: When @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum internet goes out, they know. Bandwidth use drops. They know, or should.

Customers pay for service at a specified speed & expect it to be reliable. @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum collects $ & delivers

Same here. I get paid a shit ton of money working from home and I've lost too much productivity due to @GetSpectrum being down all day. They're taking money out of my pocket beyond what I already pay them every month...

No. I’ve been hassled enough. It should have been easy but required lengthy conversations about why and what if, with two different reps. My question is, WHY is it suddenly $20-30 cheaper, when I am cancelling???
