Today, Americans join the Jewish community of Pittsburgh in mourning the 11 beautiful souls stolen from us 3 years ago in an attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue. We pray for the families and communities forever scarred by losing a loved one to the evils of antisemitism.
Crohn’s and Colitis disease are very serious, which is why I was so heartened to see so many young people at the Gold Coast event this weekend! 
Thank you to those who organized the Take Steps walk today to promote awareness for the treatment of Crohn’s and Colitis disease. Many of us know someone who is affected by these diseases and I was encouraged to see a very big turn out today in our fight!

It’s critical to pass both the infrastructure bill & the BBB bill — even if it’s scaled back. The key is to enact something that Democrats can run on in 2022. If Dems keep their House majority & grow their Senate majority, we can then push for anything left out of the final bill.
