If you want to be hired by the people, you’ve got to show up for the job interview. With McGuire still scared of a public debate, more and more voters are ready to #FireMcGuire

Across the district, the excitement is palpable. People are ready for leadership that listens, shows up, & fights for the issues that matter most.
I’ve had the privilege of seeing that energy up close, & that is why I’m looking forward to voting for @tomperriello this Fall.

Another great listening session in the books in Mecklenburg County. Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared your stories and struggles. You have a fighter in me.

I am who I am because of my community. It’s time for young people to have the opportunity to lead.
Let’s do this 💚

I have such a grateful heart. I’ve received so much support. I am a product of 10th & Page & Charlottesville City Schools. It brings me so much joy to be able to pour back into the people & places who have poured into me.
Legacy is everything.

This BHM, I’m reminded of the bravery & strength of my great-grandmother, Thelma T. Townsend Hagen. She was a fierce advocate for education. Her sons were two of the first twelve students to integrate schools in Charlottesville.
Legacy is everything.
