Hello. I'm a third year Criminology student at UoP looking for serving police officers in England & Wales to complete my anonymous survey investigating the barriers which prevent officers from accessing wellbeing services. The link is below, thank you! portsmouth.onlinesurveys.ac.…

Working event control for one of the biggest operations of our lives is... an odd feeling.

We may not take an oath, but we wear this crown with pride. We do what we do in service of others, and there's no better example of that spirit than Her Majesty. May she pass on from here in peace.

There's not much I tend to watch the news for... but this? Yeah, okay.

It's going to be an interesting night at work.
Lots of media reporting on how wonderful etc carnival has been this year... Can't help thinking about how two-sided this is and how the other side isn't being covered properly. I've seen at least 20 stabbings at carnival today alone. bbc.com/news/uk-england-lond…

.@MPSCityAirport It looks like the day turn have run out of doughnuts... They're now doing them on the runway!

That's only partly because of the pandemic. It's also because of a more general neglect of the NHS that's been coming for years. Ambulance delays are their own part of that, both linked with the broader NHS problem and some issues limited to ambulance land.

Point is, be careful with your NHS! Use us when you need to, but please help by choosing the most appropriate way to get care. The more people do that, the more A&E and 999 will be available for people who really need it.
