Peter Stassen walks out of the District Court of Northern Netherlands after a substantive hearing in the civil case brought by Dutch plaintiffs who say they were injured by COVID-19 injections and policies. Defendants include Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, former PM Mark Rutte, and the Dutch State. The plaintiffs are seeking personal liability for what they call coordinated deception and coercion. Outside, Stassen and expert witnesses (including Sasha Latypova) addressed supporters and laid out their core claim: the official COVID narrative is false, and the court must decide which side it stands on. The case has already survived jurisdiction challenges and is now being heard on the merits. Two of the original seven plaintiffs have since died.
