I don't like how HMs were implemented but the world feels much less immersive when you can't interact with the world with your own Pokemon.
Best thing they can do is just have certain Pokemon be coded to surf, fly, climb, and allow more moves to cut and smash obstacles etc.
You can also have certain moves be weaker in terms of breaking obstacles to encourage getting stronger ones and backtracking. Like a cobweb blocking your path that's too big to be burned by ember but not flamethrower.
Basically...Xenoblade 2 Field Skills but they aren't ass.

The model is untextured and doesn't seem to match MKW's artstyle. It seems to be some sort of gorilla? I'm not sure how this racer has any relation to the Moon Cup or item though. I believe Nintendo is testing the structure of the DLC itself, with the content being filler.

I always never got the complaints about the level curve personally, maybe it does exist who knows, everyone has different experiences after all. But i am actually really bad at Pokemon games and yet despite that i cleared through HGSS without the need to even grind lol
