Great pleasure presenting our tutorial on dynamic fit indices at Concordia University’s Psychology Colloquium! Thanks to Alexandre Morin, Serena Bianchi, my co-authors, my supervisor @GaudreauUOttawa, and everyone who attended. Special thanks to my girlfriend for the photos!
Some pre-prints should really get published! Have a look at these two on passion by Moeller et al. (2019) and Jachimowicz et al. (2018): doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/xhbu… doi.org/10.31234/osf.io/5urw…
So proud of my girlfriend who just got her very first publication! It’s a replication of a well known cognitive psychology experiment! You can access it using this link: doi.org/10.20982/tqmp.22.2.p….

110 years ago today, more than 800 Newfoundlanders went into battle at Beaumont-Hamel. More than 700 were killed, wounded, or went missing in a single day. Despite their horrific losses, the Newfoundland Regiment fought in World War I until 1918.
Today, as we celebrate the greatest country on Earth, we remember all those who served and sacrificed so that we could live in freedom and peace.

82 years ago, 14,000 Canadians landed on Juno Beach, many of whom would never come home.
On the anniversary of D-Day, we pause to honour those who served and sacrificed. We remember that our rights, our freedoms, and our way of life were fought for and were won by those who answered the call.
