Most women fundis work on sites where harassment goes unchecked. Simple systems can change that: a clear point person, safe reporting, proper induction, and real follow-up. Safe sites reduce conflict, improve focus, and boost productivity for everyone.

A safe site needs simple systems:
• A clear way to report
• Basic training during induction
• Supervisors who act
• Real consequences
• Regular toolbox talks
• A safe place to escalate issues
• Follow-ups
Last week, our tiling alumnae took part in an advanced waterproofing training hosted at the Mapei facility, building deeper technical skills for stronger, longer lasting work.
