Florida still leads this series 22-14 since 1990, but all of that lead came before 2017. Florida went 21-6 through 2016. Georgia is 8-1 since and has won five straight. DraftKings has the Bulldogs at -11.5 Saturday.

Five different champs in five years is real, and 2026 is set up for more of it. Three teams are 3-0 in league play, four more have one conference loss, so 7 of 16 are within a loss of the lead in late October. Depth is the right word.

Favored in all seven games and 2-5 against the number is the Oregon story so far, with three outright losses as a 10-point favorite or bigger. The Northwestern line going from -7.5 to -3.5 says the market has stopped paying for the name.
