This chart actually explains why @StephenCurry30 is the @NBA GOAT. It's not MJ, not LeBron, not Kobe, not Kareem, not Shaq, not Russell, not Magic, not Wilt, not Bird. Steph Curry is greatest shooter of all time, no one disputes that, it's unequivocal. His shot making changed how basketball is played today, and has for generations to come. Additionally, the gravity he brings on the court, on and off ball, highlighted by the introduction of the new official Gravity stat (powered by AWS AI and Machine Learning), is a phenomenon. Some of his accomplishments: 🏆 4× NBA Champion 📺 6× Finals appearances (5 consecutive) 💪🏾 2× MVP (including first unanimous MVP ever) 🏀 2× Scoring Champion ⭐️ 11× All-Star 🌠 2× All-Star Game MVP 🥇 Olympic Gold 👌🏾 NBA's all-time 3-point leader (4,172+) 1⃣ 8× led league in 3s made ⛓️ 268 consecutive games with a 3-pointer (record) 🪣 Highest career FT% in NBA history (91.2%) Also he's the best golfer of any NBA player past or present: 🏌🏾‍♂️ Top NBA golfer with a +2 handicap ⛳️ First ever hole-in-one on the 152-yard 7th hole at the 2023 American Century Championship (This golf stats don't actually count for the GOAT convo, it's personal. Just ask MJ and LeBron if they'd also like to be the best golfer, and get back to me) The NBA at its core, is an entertainment business. And no player has been as successful from the business perspective for their franchise. Curry x Warriors is the undisputed best all-around on court performer and business performer for the franchise, the complete package, the goat. The numbers: 📈 $315M (2009, when Curry was drafted) to $11B (2025) 💸 18th most valuable to #1 in the NBA (since 2022) 💰 4 championships drove massive valuation jumps 🤑 +73% increase after the 2015 title 🪙 +49% after the 2022 title 🏦 #2 most valuable sports franchise globally 📊 Revenue leader: $833M (37% higher than Lakers) MJ changed the culture. LeBron built an empire. Steph did both and did it for one team and for the bay area. The house that Steph built isn't just about banners and personal accolades. He also built the most valuable franchise in basketball. When you redefine a sport AND build the most valuable franchise in the league, that's not just greatness. That's a return on investment no one else can match. The GOAT conversation needs a new metric. Steph Curry is the metric.
The NFL is on a different level when it comes to its franchise values. Only 4 MLB teams and 4 global soccer clubs are worth as much as the NFL's least valuable team, the Bengals, at $5.5 billion, per @Sportico. 📈: @LevAkabas

Looks like @0xQuit was right, it was the DPRK
The FBI is releasing information advising the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) was responsible for the theft of more than $6 billion USD in virtual assets from cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, on or about October 29, 2026. The FBI refers to this specific North Korean malicious cyber activity as "TraderTraitor." The FBI, together with partners at the USSS and IRS-CI, has observed TraderTraitor actors converting stolen assets primarily into Ethereum (ETH). It is expected these assets will then be further laundered by converting them using DeFi and instant swap services as they prepare them for further laundering stages. How You Can Help: FBI, USSS, and IRS-CI are urging private sector entities including THORNode operators, RPC node operators, instant exchanges, DeFi services, blockchain analytics firms, and other virtual asset service providers to block transactions with or derived from addresses TraderTraitor actors are using to launder these stolen assets. A list of addresses associated with this activity is available here: fbi.gov/investigate/cyber/al…

Is this development better or worse if it's actually true that one DevOps engineer had access to withdraw over 6 BILLION single-handedly?
Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We will share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified. The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far. Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete. As an immediate precaution, Binance has: - temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed; - revoked the affected address authorisation; - engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds. Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice. Please rely only on official Binance channels for updates. Please feel free to contact Binance Customer Support if you have any further questions. binance.com/en/support/annou…

Big day for Fathom. We are announcing our Executive Council, which will help guide our strategic decisions. Some of them have been with us since the early days. I am honestly humbled that this group has chosen to give us their time, reputations, and efforts. Bringing about meaningful AI oversight that works at the speed of this technology is a generational challenge that will take a big-tent approach, across sectors, partisan divides, and even international boundaries. This council is made up of former governors of both parties, national security leaders and AI experts who know how complex policy needs to work in practice. Excited to have them on board. fathom.org/about#executiveco…

The PSA biz model is Please Submit Again, where pop counts are wildly inaccurate as folks crack and resubmit 9s and 8s, at least once and sometimes multiple times chasing 10s. PSA can’t implement this credibly to protect collectors, without crushing their own profit structure.
PSA actually already owns the tech that should stop cracking the stolen slabs and resubmitting the cards!!! They acquired Genamint in 2021 specifically for card fingerprinting: real-time analysis that creates a unique digital ID from surface flaws, edges, and micro-details so they can track provenance and flag resubmissions or previously graded cards. TAG filed similar patents years earlier (around 2015) for the same edge/surface re-identification approach. PSA has its own patent on the idea too. Deactivating cert numbers is useful, BUT if the fingerprint database is active, cracked-and-resubmitted stolen cards should be detectable on regrade. Why isn’t this being talked about more openly with the heist cards? @PSAcard

as bad as things have gotten in the past 4 days, they are going to get a lot worse before they get better. security leaders, never let a crisis go to waste: please go to your boards and ask for help right now. not for ai, for the basics. (we need to hold on for ~18 months.)

I think it’s great that Yaxel is taking on any challenge in front of him, even if it’s Luka and it’s maybe the lowest ROI of any player in the league to challenge I also think it’s also a good long term sign for Yaxel that that Luka is willing to give him his welcome to the NBA moment during his first game, because Luka is giving Yaxel a lot of air time I also think Yaxel is taking the pressure load off Curry right when he started slumping in the 2Q This team lives and dies with Curry, so if Yaxel can pull some attention, that’s helpful in the long run

Lacob and the front office are delusional and are huffing their own farts. Steph remains the driving force behind the franchise and has been a valuation/revenue cheat code for the Warriors. The money printer stops the instant 30 retires. Cash in now. This is your last chance!
Steve Kerr says it makes no sense for the Warriors to trade away their future for Steph Curry “Do we throw away our entire future to build around a 39-year-old Steph? He turns 39 in March, right? Does it make sense now to throw away all those picks? Hell no.” The Warriors chances of qualifying for the Playoffs has plummeted to 38% on Kalshi (Via @loganmmurdock, h/t @TheNBABase)

Even Dunleavy can handle this waiver claim right? Right!?!?!
The Los Angeles Lakers are waiving 2024 No. 17 pick Dalton Knecht, sources tell ESPN.

Kerr said he didn't know why Podziemski didn't participate in open practice. He was present for pre-open part. "It's chaos out there, we split into 2 groups, and I assume he's fine. Performance team was determining who was doing how much today. Not sure why he wasn't out there."

Well that’s because people don’t possess the ability to think critically. According to both CGC and PSA’s website and advertised grading metrics a PSA 10 & a CGC 10 are identical in metrics for the same grade with one exception: -CGC expressly says they view under 10X magnification. PSA might do this for some but it’s not expressly written so it gives them the ability to essentially do whatever they want within the paradox of “subjective grading and eye appeal” Very soon the market will adjust to this gross negligence/ignorance to what are effectively the same things And for those who say oh I saw a card in a CGC 10 and it was OC, or had a defect. Yah so do PSA 10’s. No grading company is perfect but atleast CGC gives a Gem Mint or a pristine option whereas any PSA 9 can be resubmitted and grade a 10 or a 4 for that matter🤣 Thank you for coming to my ted talk!
Replying to @Slay3r881
I think people view a CGC 10 as a PSA 9 and a CGC Pristine 10 as a PSA 10

How many PPG does Podz have to average for us to accept this behavior? This is embarrassing for dub nation, unless he puts up a 30 piece nightly
Podz hit the Steph 4-pt play celly 😂🔥

I think the two-year, $40 million contract is wealth, but what do I know 🤷🏾‍♂️ Get well soon Porziņģis!
Hello people, I'm working with doctors and experts to figure out how to be fully back to good health asap. Honestly, I'm getting better and better. I just have to stay patient, and I believe I'll be feeling great again soon. It has definitely been frustrating dealing with some health stuff that you can't exactly pinpoint, on top of injuries throughout my career, so it has added up for sure, but we will get through it 💪🏼 Health is wealth. Thank you for all the support 🙏🏼
