FBS going to 24 teams, that’s fine. FCS has 24 teams. Div II has 32 teams. Div III has 40 teams. Just hope we find a way to keep the Rose Bowl Game, or just make that the championship game each year.

Sources: The College Football Playoff is nearing a deal to expand to 24 teams, per sources. The new format will start in 2027 and is expected to come together in the near future, pending final approvals.

Ditka - I don’t remember him as a player, but the run Da Bears had in the 80s was unbelievable. They brought me so much joy as a 11-14 year old kid, but also to the whole country. The 85 Bears were the catalyst for what the NFL would become from a commercial success standpoint. Ditka, what a larger than life personality. Thanks Coach. “Well done good and faithful servant”

Disappointed with how the Cubs season ends. It was a roller coaster of a season to say the least. In the end the guys made the playoffs and didn’t suck. Moving forward, need to get to work on better pitching and the offense has to become more consistent.
