But you cloned foundrlist 😂😂 in real
"hey claude, build a scrolllaunch.com/ clone" 😂 i dont mind, but sometimes building in public kills the value of what youre building every day, i see someone building + launching another directory platform 🤦 even 3-4 people have dm d me saying they are building my competitor and asking if i can help them 😂 i have no problem with anyone and im not pointing fingers at anyone but i didnt build scrolllaunch just as another launch platform, i built it for long-term SEO people still dm me saying they get traffic from scrolllaunch even after months of launching their products thats the real value im trying to build sorry @marclou, i might have to remove all my saas from trustmrr, people be like "ohh, this product makes sales, lets clone it"

Continuing with the project: - automated content, the main format is docs and helpful pages, blog posts every other day - all with Blastra skills which I'm planning to open-source - added daily social posting with Postiz, and the brand YouTube channel with 0 subscribers has generated about 500 views in less than a week (I don't have an idea what's being published, but it works and I may have a look later to replace the content with someone that actually makes sense) - Launched on several launch directories, but seeing traffic from @_FoundrList and @Peerlist only - AI does recommend the brand for "[category name] for AI agents", and it takes info from G2 and SourceForge where the software is listed (via Blastra) and already has reviews from the free subscribers Since I'm not much hands on in this project, next week, I'll have time to develop an AI character who I want to use for social. Will try to upgrade the micro-drama and want to use it for reading the docs pages out loud for the YouTube channel (for now, getting inspired here findra.art )
A little less than a month ago I came up with an idea for an experimental SaaS which I needed to apply all the skills and tools I built while working on Blastra. What I've done lately: - Setup an automated content routine - Launching an absurd micro-drama around the product's niche - Submitted and pending review on: ChatGPT Plugins, Muse, Claude Its good to have a project that's disconnected frome and the main business, since I can try anything with zero risk and consuquence. And yet, somehow I still want it to succeed at least a little. Although I'd be very surprised, because I've no idea if the product is even useful.

everyone is building products with ai. but who’s actually getting users? 💀 so we built ghosty 👻 your new ai launch agent from @_foundrlist 🚀 → improve your seo → analyze competitors → discover growth opportunities → plan your product launch → explore advertising options less busywork. more shipping. you build the product. ghosty helps you launch it.

Stripe told us MacWall was closed and would NOT be re-evaluated. Today they reinstated it. 5 days ago: • payments shut off • payouts frozen • customers being refunded • 10+ emails sent • multiple support chats • multiple reviews • decision called “final” Then our post reached 89K+ people and hundreds of founders started sharing their own experiences. Today this landed in my inbox 👇 “We’ve reinstated your account today. You can start processing payments and receiving payouts again.” payments are back. payouts are back. MacWall is back. appreciate @Stripe @stripesupport for taking another look and everyone who amplified this ❤️ still wild that “final” turned into fully reinstated after one more proper review. anyway… back to building.
Stripe can shut down your business in one email and then refuse to tell you what you actually did wrong. That’s exactly what happened to us. MacWall had: • thousands successful payments • ONE $3.99 chargeback • real software + real customers Then @Stripe suddenly closed our account for vague “business model risk.” Since then: • 5 days waiting • 10+ emails • multiple support chats • full compliance + policy cleanup • documents offered • formal complaint submitted And still no specific violation. No actionable explanation. No real answer. Meanwhile payouts are frozen and legitimate customers are being refunded i am not asking Stripe to expose some secret fraud algorithm. Just tell us what MacWall actually did wrong. If we violated a policy, name the policy. If something needs fixing, tell us what to fix. If the risk system made a mistake, have a human review it. A payments company this important should not be able to destroy a small business relationship with a vague sentence and then disappear. @stripesupport @Stripe we need an actual answer. Indie founders deserve better than this.

update: stripe support reached out here and i sent them everything in dm. they reviewed it again and said the account stays closed still no reason given. my real customers are happy, purchases and 1 chargeback ever. and my balance is still stuck @stripe @StripeSupport just tell me what i did wrong so i can fix it
stripe @stripe just permanently closed my business account and I still have no idea why. I'm an indie Mac developer. I've been running MacWall macwall.app for months now. It's a simple macOS app that puts live wallpapers on your desktop and lock screen. You pay once, get your license key by email right away, and that's it. No subscription, nothing physical, nothing that can go missing. My customers are happy. People use it every day and I've never had someone say they didn't get what they paid for. I've tried to do everything right: - terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy, all clearly on the site - GDPR, CCPA, cookie and security pages - a DMCA / copyright takedown process - clear pricing before checkout, no hidden charges, no auto renewals - license delivered instantly and checked when you activate it - a real support email that I actually reply to Then out of nowhere Stripe closed the account for "unacceptable risk". I appealed and sent every document they asked for. Today they replied that it "will remain closed". No reason, no details, nobody to talk to. So now Stripe is going to refund people who bought the app and are happily using it, and my balance is stuck until 2027. How does a business with months of clean history and happy customers suddenly become "unacceptable risk"? What changed? What did I do wrong? I'm happy to prove everything from my side. Any document, any detail, a call, a screen share of the app and the business, whatever you need. Just look at it properly. Check the site, check the app, check how we work. I've got nothing to hide. Please just give us a fair chance and trust us. I'm not asking Stripe to break any rules. I just want to know the reason. If something on my site or my setup needs to change, tell me and I'll fix it the same day. But I can't fix "unacceptable risk" when nobody will tell me what it means. Small devs pick Stripe because it's supposed to be the safe option. One automated decision with zero explanation can wipe out months of honest work. @stripe @StripeSupport can a real person please take another look? 🙏 If this has happened to you or you know someone at Stripe, a repost would honestly mean a lot.
