From 20 April, our new Housing Repairs System goes live. Improving how repairs are managed, scheduled and completed across the city. The online repairs tracker will switch off. A new Tenant Portal is coming, where you can log and track repairs online. Click below for more info.

DCC must service your boiler each year by law. Our new system sends appointments by text/email & letter, with reminders & rebooking if needed. If entry still can’t be gained after a final appointment, we will force entry & complete the service, in line with your Tenancy Agreement
