I’m in the UK so the ‘Indie Dependent on tour’ dream is actually happening. Can’t wait for @Brooke_nRecord to join me! In the meantime I’ll start a thread of the bands we catch live during our stay😉👇🏽
There can be a certain dread (a "don't meet your heroes" kinda vibe) when you finally catch a band you've been keen to see for years. But @GOSofficial_ were everything I expected live, and then some. Great energy from the crowd at @DeafInstitute on Sat, too!
Quality opening set from @lttlstrangeband. Especially fun to watch the expressive guitarist - you know, when you can just tell how much someone loves what they're doing on stage?
Second support set from @Pomona_Park was an enjoyable live discovery and included a preview of their next release, Seasons. Keep an eye out!
Wish we were gonna be around for this tour. If you can get yourself to one of these gigs, you're a lucky one 🫶🏻
WE’RE GOING ON OUR BIGGEST TOUR YET. Tickets go on sale Friday 27th September at 10am BUT sign up to our mailing list for exclusive early access to tickets at 10am on Wednesday 25th September via the link below. See you all there x

Introducing our brand new 12 track album, which you can pre-order a SIGNED copy (or bundle please) of right now!
AND… three special shows at the HUGE Manchester Academy 1 for the first ever Burning House Party!
This album is without doubt our best ever work, we’re so proud of it and it features huge collaborations with Reverend and the Makers, Nickelback, Shed Seven and of course, Frank Turner.
Pre-order the album from our store now to unlock pre-sale tickets for Manchester on Wednesday, which is on general sale this Friday. You have to be over 8 years old to come to the shows, but you can listen to the album even if you are only a baby.
Who knows, maybe we could even get this one to number 1 as well? 😬
Keep On Keeping On!
Thom, Kate, Rob and Joe. X @Reverend_Makers @Nickelback @shedseven @frankturner
Love to see it!
We're chuffed to announce that we're joining @dinkededition.

Unlike our gym membership were we never even completed the induction!

Was an absolute priviledge to finally catch @marksharpmusic live, in Liverpool last night. They've a sound that deserves to resonate in much bigger venues packed out with dancing fans singing every word back at them.
Sound sets from both supports, too, including some good laughs courtesy of @thisiswartunes and great vibes - on and off stage - from @thethreadsTNT
Banjos and accordions and mandolins, oh my! Neither of us was particularly well-versed in @brogealband's catalogue prior to catching them in Leeds on Wednesday, but we left confirmed fans. A stomping good time!

As purveyors of one of Brooke’s most beloved albums of the year, seeing @junodreamband as support (in Leeds on Thurs) was like the best hookup ending prematurely. That is, the set was damn good while it lasted; we just wanted more of it!

Aura is headed home now, so last night after our last show together we drank rose out of paper cups in an ibis budget, like the classy betches we are. Cheers to all the bands and all of YOU that made for an unforgettable first "Indie Dependent on tour" 💙🩵💜
