šŸŽ‰šŸŒ¼šŸŒøApril Fools! šŸŒøšŸŒ¼šŸŽ‰ Only kidding. Obviously, the people mentioned in the above tweets aren't women at all, but men, every last one of them. In passing the Scottish Hate Crime Act, Scottish lawmakers seem to have placed higher value on the feelings of men performing their idea of femaleness, however misogynistically or opportunistically, than on the rights and freedoms of actual women and girls. The new legislation is wide open to abuse by activists who wish to silence those of us speaking out about the dangers of eliminating women's and girls’ single-sex spaces, the nonsense made of crime data if violent and sexual assaults committed by men are recorded as female crimes, the grotesque unfairness of allowing males to compete in female sports, the injustice of women’s jobs, honours and opportunities being taken by trans-identified men, and the reality and immutability of biological sex. For several years now, Scottish women have been pressured by their government and members of the police force to deny the evidence of their eyes and ears, repudiate biological facts and embrace a neo-religious concept of gender that is unprovable and untestable. The re-definition of 'woman' to include every man who declares himself one has already had serious consequences for women's and girls’ rights and safety in Scotland, with the strongest impact felt, as ever, by the most vulnerable, including female prisoners and rape survivors. It is impossible to accurately describe or tackle the reality of violence and sexual violence committed against women and girls, or address the current assault on women’s and girls’ rights, unless we are allowed to call a man a man. Freedom of speech and belief are at an end in Scotland if the accurate description of biological sex is deemed criminal. I'm currently out of the country, but if what I've written here qualifies as an offence under the terms of the new act, I look forward to being arrested when I return to the birthplace of the Scottish Enlightenment. If you agree with the views set out in this tweet, please retweet it. #ArrestMe #AprilFools #HateCrimeActScotland 11/X

Please remember @bbc & Josh Jones: females cyclists are part of 'the cycling community'. They do not want males, including transwomen, in female cycling. Please stop advocating for males at the expense of females. It is regressive, sexist & patriarchal. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-ca…

Come on @USTA- women’s tennis is not for failed male athletes- whatever age. This is not right and it is not fair. Would this be allowed at the US Open this month? Just with self ID? I don’t think so…
Hey @USTA @WTA @Martina @ChrissieEvert Women’s tennis is turning into a laughing stock because of these terrible policies prioritizing the mental health and identity of men over women who have discovered a love of tennis. The women are calling us and begging for help to be allowed to play fairly. They have complained; they don’t know where else to turn. Men are winning national titles, taking the place of women on team tennis, and competing in women’s tournaments across the country. We need to let the women and girls playing tennis know that they deserve to be treated fairly and recognized for their accomplishments no matter when they pick up the sport. They do not have to reach any kind of elite status. There is already a category for male athletes to enjoy this privilege. Let female athletes enjoy the game of tennis too. Change the policy and @BillieJeanKing change your stance - don’t abandon these women and this sport any longer.

Women have 1% of US sports sponsorship dollar, 4% sports prime time tv. 1000 Uk women earn their living from sport compared to 11,000 men! A tiny piece of the commercial earning cake. NO male with male physical advantage has ANY place in women’s sport, anywhere, ever. Race fair, it’s simply cheating otherwise #SaveWomensSports

There are so so many good men out there, please speak up for women. These are males wanting female opportunities. At present females are vilified & relentlessly bullied for trying to protect their incredibly hard won spaces, like sport. We need your voices. Thank you …

Allowing men who declare themselves women into female spaces is not equal rights. It’s taking away rights from women while giving extra rights to men, to the point of giving one demographic of men even more rights than the average man but allowing all men to self ID into it. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

I don't understand how anyone who supports women can defend Riley Gaines coming in 2nd after a lifetime of work to a 6'4" man. You're not only told to celebrate this, the DNC is making this permanent by adding men to Title IX. It's not just disgusting, its The Twilight Zone. šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

This statement is a full fledged pile of crap. Almost zero accurate information. There is no age at which male and female performance (strength, speed, coordination) is equivalent. You can look at World and national recorded times for all track and field, swimming and strength tests. The average age that boys beat the world records of women is 14-15 years old - to suggest they are comparable at any age is a flat out lie. To suggest that women need to accommodate men is sexism. Humans don’t change sex. Testosterone suppression and estrogen pills do not make one a woman. Maximum inclusion is achieved through the creation of categories based on biological fact. Men and boys cannot ever become women. Men and whatever they want to do to their bodies have a category. You don’t get to choose.

Any news media that writes a headline ā€œtrans women banned from sportā€ is straight out lying & no friend or ally of every female athletes the whole world over. That’s 51% of us. We’re worthy of fair sport too. Remember who sold you out ladies. No one is banned. Compete with your sex. Just banned from a category they don’t qualify for, just like I don’t qualify for the under 10s because it’s cheating!

I don’t think I understand. You are male, I am female, and we are both humans. Which of our different anatomy has emerged ā€œfrom non-binary organismal developmental variationā€? I feel this may help me understand what ā€œnon-binary organismal developmental variationā€ is.

Three men won gold, silver, bronze in 2016 women’s 800m at Rio Olympics The woman who came 4th, & her coach, were threatened. They were not allowed to speak about this injustice Is this what we want? Men dominating women’s sport? #SaveWomensSports #SaveWomensSpaces
At the 2016 Rio Olympics Women's 800M event, three intersex males took gold, silver, and bronze. Not a single woman placed in their own category. Just look at the size difference. Look at the muscle mass difference. This is an absolute joke.
