Repack?
BREAKING: @PrizePicks -- now owns ALL THREE Rookie Patch Auto Debuts from the Fanatics Collect auction last month.
The Flagg sold for $8.2M, the Harper sold for $2.88M and the Knueppel sold for $2.34M.
Assumed these will be part of company's new repack product.
Want to talk QB production vs. NIL money?
Unofficial estimates/rumors:
Ashton Daniels ($1.1M): 23 TDs — $47.8K/TD
Darian Mensah ($8M): 20 TDs — $400K/TD
Arch Manning ($6.32M): 11 TDs — $574.5K/TD
Norvell is getting points for pennies on the dollar in the NIL era but let's keep ignoring that defense hoping it magically gets better.
And to put Ashton Daniels' season into perspective...
Jordan Travis had a MUCH better roster, an elite defense, and protected the football far better in 2023.
Travis finished with 27 total TDs. Daniels already has 23 through 7 games, averaging 3.29 TDs per game to JT's 2.45.
He's on pace for nearly 40.
Speak of the devil, and he shall appear.
Nobody said Norvell isn't responsible for the entire team. He one hundred percent is.
However, he's getting legitimate offensive production from an overlooked QB, while the defense can't seem to get off the field.

Mike is not the OC. He is the HC. There is more to his job than scoring points, and he sucks at the rest of it.

Kenny Dillingham? Cool.
His TWO Arizona State QBs have combined for 16 total TDs in 2026.
Ashton Daniels has 23 BY HIMSELF. 12 passing, 11 rushing, and 1,972 yards of total offense.
Jordan Travis before Norvell
79 passing yards, 0 passing TDs in 2019.
Under Norvell
3,214 yards, 24 passing TDs in 2022. ACC Player of the Year in 2023.
So Travis attracted the talent but norvell gets zero credit for player development?
Norvell can't recruit elite defenders?
Jared Verse | Rams (1st round)
Braden Fiske | Rams (2nd)
Tatum Bethune | 49ers (7th)
2023 defense held Louisville to SIX points with the third string qb.

Mike can't recruit elite players - especially on Defense. He's had multiple defensive coordinators and still can't win. The only reason he had the 2022 and 2023 teams and elite defense is because Jordan Travis was his QB and attracted those elite transfers to play with him.
Ashton Daniels: 23 total TDs (3rd nationally).
More than:
Mensah (20)
Manning (11)
Underwood (7)
MUCH CHEAPER. (so you can invest elsewhere)
FSU scores 31.6 PPG. Its defense ranks 129th in yards allowed.
But sure, a better QB makes FSU undefeated.

Yea not sure anyone gives a damn about acc titles anymore its playoffs or bust. Fsu could be undefeated with a better qb imo
FSU could be undefeated with anything resembling a defense.

This ain't it. You're putting points on the board every week, you need a dc.
IF they're going to keep Norvell I'd rather them not put more into the program and just punt entirely on 2027. Save that extra $15m in NIL money for the next coach and let's make a big splash year 1.
Hey Coach @RobAurich.
So you CAN replace the coordinator without firing an entire staff. Interesting.
InsideMDSports Scoop:
Maryland has fired defensive coordinator Ted Monachino seven games into a disastrous season. Terps defense is giving up a Big Ten-worst 33.3 PPG and has allowed a 100-yard rusher in every Big Ten game.

Mike. The answer is Mike.
THE ANSWER IS MIKE NORVELL.
THE ANSWER IS
--->MIKEEEEE<<---
--->NORVELL.<<---
I'm talking about what FSU can afford, not who's responsible.
Explaining that distinction to you is like explaining the 63-3 Orange Bowl to an SEC fan.
Score important, context optional.

How many coordinators you going to fire until you finally admit who the real problem is?
Nobody said $65M was due tomorrow.
Norvell's buyout alone is roughly $51M.
On3 reports a complete reset could approach $100M.
Paying it over time doesn't make it free.
You confused cash flow with total cost, then attempted to insult me. I'm impressed Mattie.

People who throw these numbers around are dumb and don’t know how finances work lol
