@AmericanAir get on my plane to go meet my daughter at the Orlando airport and lo and behold still on the runway over an hour late with no idea on when we are taking off. Best of all my 13 year old daughter will be stuck in the Orlando airport by herself.
This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable that a plane gets rolled out at noon that needs over an hour of maintainence. Probably going to ruin our whole day at @UniversalORL and of course I try to do something nice and meet her in Orlando after a business trip and now she’s gonna be off
