Jacking up 3s all game isn't sustainable. We've seen top teams lose every year doing this but a lot of coaches are still telling their players to do this. Just messing up the game. π
On defense we need to stop the run and tackle the ball carrier. Tackle. Tackle. Tackle. Control the outside runs (C-Gap) and funnel everything back inside. Play fast and physical.
For tomorrow's match up we do not lose sight of who we are. Throw the football. I say every week for our team to open up the playbook. Don't get cute trying to prove a point. Dominate from time you walk off the bus and into the stadium.
Winning mentality. Championship goals.
