CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW THIS ISN’T STEALING AND THEFT By the time i’m 67, over $600,000 will be paid into social security on my behalf. That money would have been worth $1.9M if i had gotten a 5% return. My annual interest would be $95k . The GOVERNMENT promises me $3,075/month at 67 which is $37k/year. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

I'm about to piss off every grown man with a PlayStation... If you're over 25, have a full-time job, bills to pay, and are going to use PTO because a new GTA dropped... You get maybe 10-15 precious days a year to travel, make memories and experience REAL LIFE... But you want to use PTO to steal a Lamborghini and run away from imaginary cops. But hey, it's your PTO.

A case of soda is $9+ now. I remember seeing deals like 4 for $12 back in 2020. I compared SAME grocery order: From 2020: $72.58 From today: $163.29 Over $90 MORE for the same order. That’s over 100% inflation rate since 2020. Our paychecks sure as hell didn’t double… I CAN’T BE THE ONLY ONE THAT’S NOTICING THIS RIGHT??

1 am 25, I don't care about 401Ks. I am still paying off my 10,000 dollar car that I had to buy at a 12% interest rate becuase Biden hiked the rates and "first time buyer" rates. I have a 250 a month insurance payment because you let 100 million illegal immigrants drive without liscenses. My rent is nearly 2k a month because you made it illegal to build and imported millions of foreigners to replace me.

$100k salary today has same value as $54k salary in 2000. $100k salary in 2000 is the same earning $187k in 2026. Stop pretending $100k is a big deal, it's just not anymore.

I’m sorry, but the math just DOESN’T work anymore. A lot of jobs are still paying somewhere between $15 and $21 an hour. Work 40 hours a week and you’re making roughly $2,600 to $3,640 a month BEFORE taxes. Now go pay $1,500+ for rent. Throw in a car payment, utilities, gas, groceries and all the other random crap that somehow costs twice what you remember it costing. And that’s before childcare. Car insurance. Health insurance. Student loans. Credit cards. An emergency. A flat tire. A trip to the doctor. Or God forbid you actually want to save some money and enjoy your life once in a while. I’ve been a financial planner for almost 20 years, so I’m obviously a HUGE believer in budgeting and living below your means. But there comes a point where telling someone making $18 an hour to “just budget better” is ridiculous. You can’t Dave Ramsey your way out of $3,500 of monthly expenses when you’re bringing home $2,600. Sometimes the problem isn’t the budget. The income simply doesn’t cover the cost of being alive anymore.

HOURS OF MINIMUM WAGE WORK NEEDED TO ESCAPE POVERTY: 🇯🇵 Japan — 11 🇬🇧 UK — 23 🇫🇷 France — 26 🇳🇿 New Zealand — 29 🇵🇹 Portugal — 31 🇦🇺 Australia — 32 🇧🇪 Belgium — 32 🇪🇸 Spain — 32 🇮🇪 Ireland — 33 🇩🇪 Germany — 37 🇱🇺 Luxembourg — 44 🇨🇦 Canada — 44 🇺🇸 United States — 90 90 HOURS A WEEK. At the U.S. federal minimum wage of $7.25/hour, this comparison claims a single person would need to work 90 hours weekly to rise above the poverty line. If working full time isn’t enough to escape poverty, something is seriously wrong.

Today I'll work a 9-hour day to pay for illegals to have free housing and healthcare. Most of my paycheck will go to taxes, my inflated mortgage and my insanely high health insurance costs-my taxes will fund fraud, global communism, and illegal border hoppers. I put away a measly amount so my children can hope to one day afford college, while the illegals who just showed up here will go for free. My American children will be paying loans well into their 30s while they compete with debt free foreign invaders for a low paying job outside their degree. This is the new American dream brought to us by criminal politicians and corrupt judges. 🇺🇸🆘

CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHAT OUR TAX MONEY IS ACTUALLY BUYING US? We work, earn a paycheck, and hand over a portion of it to the government. Yet millions of people still struggle to afford healthcare, find safe and affordable housing, and trust that their food and water are safe. If we contribute to the system but still can’t count on the basics, shouldn’t we be asking some serious questions? Paying taxes shouldn’t mean paying for a system that leaves people behind. We deserve answers. We deserve accountability. And we deserve better. It’s time to stop treating this as normal.

Amazon: “We made $470B but spent $469.9B so we only owe taxes on $100M” IRS: “Perfectly legal.” You: “I made $61,000 and spent $59,200 keeping my kid alive and my lights on.” IRS: “That’s not a business expense.” You: “Rent isn’t a business expense?” IRS: “Correct.” You: “Insulin isn’t a business expense?” IRS: “Correct.” You: “Then what am I running here?” IRS: “A household. File by May 15.” You: “Amazon runs a household too. It’s called ‘reinvesting in the business.’” IRS: “…” You: “So if I call my rent ‘reinvesting in my ability to show up to work,’ we’re good?” IRS: “No.” You: “Why not?” IRS: “Because you’re not a corporation.” You: “Right. I’m just the guy the corporation depends on to survive on less than it spent on legal fees to pay less taxes.” IRS: “File by May 15.”

SORRY IF THIS OFFENDS FOOD TRUCK OWNERS, BUT FOOD TRUCKS NEED TO BE CHEAPER THAN RESTAURANTS AGAIN. I’m not paying $22 for tacos to eat standing next to a parking lot. How are they charging restaurant prices without a restaurant? I can’t be the only one that’s noticed how crazy food truck prices have become recently.

I’m starting to think the whole “BUY USED TO SAVE MONEY” advice is outdated. A new Toyota Sienna costs around $58K . A 3 year old one still costs $48K–$52K. I’m saving just $6K–$10K upfront, potentially paying a higher interest rate, and getting less warranty coverage. Then one major repair could eat into those savings even more. I understand that new cars depreciate, but when used cars cost this much, where’s the financial advantage? Am I missing something, or has buying used stopped being the no brainer everyone says it is?

SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT… If i miss one credit card payment, that follows me for 7 years and tanks my ability to get an apartment. But if a bank gets caught laundering money for actual criminals, they pay a fine that’s less than a rounding error on their quarterly earning and keep operating like nothing happened? ONCE AGAIN, consequences are only for people who can’t afford to buy their way out of them. I’M SO SICK OF THE HYPOCRISY.

BUYING A HOUSE RIGHT NOW IS FCKING MENTAL What do you mean i can borrow $400k at 8%, pay almost $3k every month for 10 YEARS, hand the bank roughly $352k, and STILL owe around $351k . AND that’s before we even talk about taxes, insurance, maintenance, or repairs. WILD.

Jamie Lee Curtis reveals she secretly battled addiction for over 10 years while her career was thriving. “I was in a good, stable marriage, writing bestselling children’s books, and getting more fame and attention.” “I got more as my addiction got worse, not less.” “Not one person knew.” Curtis explained how outward success made it easier to hide her addiction, even as she felt trapped by it. “ If you are asking yourself, ‘Can I stop this?’ then you’re in a prison of your own mind.”
