My #lettertofarmer: A bunch of your "farmers" are hardly farmers at all. They run abusive animal factories stinking, crowded holes where hundreds of thousands of chickens live lives of misery like this pic. Is that what #MakeGoodThingsHappen looks like?

The common thread is @subwayUK is hiding the truth from them - their chickens suffer so much it amounts to torture. It's so unnecessary and cruel. Time to comply with common industry standards yet?

Last November 14,000 sheep drowned in The Black Sea when a livestock ship capsized. This is just one example of how wrong things can go when profits are prioritised over welfare and safety of animals in transport.
