Happy sports equinox day! Today is the only day this year that you can (try to) watch an NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL and WNBA game at the exact same time, or as I call it: The Sickos Challenge.

Eagles/Cowboys 1995 They Did it Again!
Easily the most famous Eagles win over Dallas in the 90s was when the 10-3 Cowboys came to Philly trying to secure the 1 seed while the 8-5 Eagles had other ideas.
It was a typical mid 90s rock fight led by running games and defense only it didn’t go well for the Eagles in the 1st half as they went down 17-3 after Emmitt Smith scored 2 TDs and Larry Brown pick 6 late in the half.
But the Eagles defense showed up in the 2nd half, as well as the running game led by Ricky Watters 112 yards and a TD to claw it back to a tied game with under 3 minutes left.
Dallas got the ball back in attempts for a game winning drive by got stuck at 4th and 1 at the Eagles 29 and decided to go for it which was crazy to do back then.
The Eagles stuffed Smith attempt but the refs ruled they blew the play early for the 2 minutes warning.
Instead of learning from their mistake, Barry Switzter called for the exact same play and to quote the great Merrill Reese “They did it again!”
The Eagles D made the play of the year and gave the offense back in easy FG position.
The Eagles kicked a game winning FG and after one more defensive stop the Eagles won 20-17 in one of the more memorable wins over Dallas of all time.

Sixers are shooting 30% from three (25th), 33% from midrange (28th) and 60% at the rim (27th).
The shot profile is good. The shot making has been bad.
Given the talent I'm pretty confident the offense will turn around.
To be 3-1 in the meantime is a nice bonus.

Most NBA teams don’t win missing two of their five starters.. on to the next one. #LambChopsAndGravy
Tonight is the 135th meeting all-time, postseason included, between the Eagles and Cowboys.
It will be Merrill Reese's 100th game calling play-by-play of Eagles-Cowboys.

At the Barnes Foundation this afternoon to listen to a book talk with the editors of Hidden City’s new release titled Philadelphia In Color 1950-1990
Really cool to learn about the thought process of this project and how it all came together, Hidden City Philadelphia does really awesome work
Earlier this week I received an early copy of an incredible new photo book curated by @HiddenCityPhila and distributed by Temple University called Philadelphia in Color: 1950-1990
It’s almost 400 beautiful photos/pages that help tell the story of Philadelphia over the decades, capturing the essence of our city from all corners and walks of life and how things has changed over the years - and in some ways, how it’s stayed the exactly the same
As someone that loves Philadelphia, the history it’s made up of, and documenting our city and the people that make it so great, I was SO excited to receive an early copy of this book, which is officially available TODAY (link: phillyincolor.org/)
In addition, on October 25th The Barnes Foundation will be holding a book talk with editors Nathaniel Popkin, Alyssa Shea, Peter Woodall, Alison Zeidman, and moderated by the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s Peter Barberie
Go check this book out, it’s an incredible time capsule of our city and I’ll be showing everyone I know this book anytime they come over to visit
**These 4 photos shot by me, for fun✨**
