More than 15 subpoenas have gone out, including to her sister. Reports claim the administration's aim is denaturalization and removal. The case turns on one year. Investigators are examining whether Omar or her late father listed her as 17 instead of 18 on paperwork in 2000, which would have let her gain citizenship automatically through him.
