The game features raw, bloody melee systems where you fight using your fists, blades, and environmental objects like pipes and tools. The footage you see here is from the "Hordes of the Reich" mode available to play in the steam demo now. Set for release in early 2027, the game is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The Road of Dust and Sorrow is an upcoming story driven, 2D pixel art survival horror game developed by Painted Black Games and published by Silver Lining Interactive. A genetic remedy and miracle crop designed to permanently end global famine instead backfires, devastating humanity. The failed experiment mutates everyday citizens into feral, hyper aggressive creatures known as Dusters, who are driven entirely by primal hunger and chemical addiction. Players control a mother named Katherine as she roams the post apocalyptic ruins of civilization to protect her young daughter, Ava, and guide her to safety. Releases 3rd December 2026 but you can download the demo on Steam now. This one is definitely going on my Wishlist.

Marvel's Blade video game is nearing the end of production, but it may never be released if a buyer isn't found for the studio Arkane Lyon. Microsoft is actively executing a massive "reset" to balance its books, cutting roughly 3,200 gaming jobs. As part of these deep cost-cutting measures, Arkane Lyon (the legendary studio behind Dishonored and Deathloop) has been put on the chopping block. The studio has until 13 November 2026 to conclude a critical consultation process and find an outside buyer or partner.

Apparently Marvel's Wolverine was the best selling game of September. Personally I think It's worth trying but not worth buying, at full price anyway.

Lauren LeFranc, the critically acclaimed showrunner and executive producer of HBO's smash-hit series The Penguin, is officially in talks to produce a new live-action Poison Ivy TV series for DC Studios and HBO. Unlike The Penguin and The Batman, which exist in Matt Reeves' isolated "Elseworlds" continuity, sources indicate this Poison Ivy series is planned to take place within James Gunn and Peter Safran's mainline DC Universe.

Sort of dissapointed by Steam Next Fest so far, not really found anything that takes my fancy. What demos is everyone else playing? i need suggestions.

First impression of Wolverine: Yes this game heavily holds your hand and I’ve seen the videos where it literally plays itself. However if you go into this for the story and thinking of it as a movie where you interact it because a little easier to forget the other stuff. But I will say this it doesn’t feel like I’m playing a marvel game or an insomniac game for that matter, it feels unfinished.

Sadly I completed 007 First Light so that means next is Wolverine and if this is as bad as people say I just won't bother finishing it, it will be put back in the collection and remain there.

Think it's about time I prep for a real return to stream.
