Can someone answer me this question?
Why do estate agents feel the need to slag other agents off whilst they are on a valuation? Absolutely baffles me 🤯
New Owner of the account here.

I am no longer an estate agent, before I delete this account, would someone else (an agent of course) like to take it over? There's a good following here already, I just haven't utilised it as I should. If you're interested send me a DM 👍🏼

I’m sorry but all these joke candidates are deeply unfunny and make a mockery of our electoral system… but anyway enough about Rees Mogg, how did baked bean head man get on

The public: We don't trust estate agents.
Also the public: When an estate agent tells us our home is worth a record price, we trust them completely.
The majority of estate agents knowingly participate in overvaluing of property.
Many of them do it reluctantly, but have little choice in the face of rampant, deliberate lying on valuation by the worst offenders.
An important minority, around 15% or 3 out of 20 agents, will tell you the truth about your home.
If you really need to sell, these are the bravest agents, being honest and trying to help you avoid being yet another statistic of a failed seller with an overpriced home.
Leave no stone unturned in the hunt for the rare agent that will get your home sold in what is the most difficult market to sell in for 15 years.
Please don't ignore this free impartial advice from someone who has worked with agents for 25 years.
Your future is at stake. Choose your agent like your future depends on it, because it does.
Had a house on the market, not for long as it's a very popular location. 3 offers over asking, one of which £40k over. Chased for a decision to be told they don't want to sell anymore 🤯😩

One thing is clear - the possibility that Angela Rayner avoided £1,500 in tax is an absolute outrage, whereas my wife definitely avoiding up to £20m tax is absolutely fine.

I hate it when you value a property, the seller then instructs someone else and then they view one of your properties
Vendor of a valuation I did: I'm going with x because I preferred their presentation.
