I had the wonderful privilege of a wine tasting of the immaculate d'Arenburg wines from the McLaren Vale in my favourite bottle shop in The Hague - le Bouchon. The legendary Chester Osborn was there to explain in intricate detail the making of each of his delicious wines

Undoubtedly the most spectacular public announcement of the arrival of a new baby I have ever seen in my life - such intricate work in the making of the stork's nest. A Luzern masterpiece!

My privilege to present this new liber amicorium to my dear friend Lindy Melman in The Hague this week. She has been publishing International Law titles for more than 40 years - most recently with @Brill_Law. Those of us who have worked with her have been fortunate indeed.

A proud and happy carver at the end of a wonderful wooden spoon carving workshop at Phoenix Creations in Cygnet. This 1st spoon carved from a salvaged 100 year old pear tree that came down in Cygnet. David and Michelle Rauenbusch run a superb workshop. You won't regret trying it!
