All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.

Be more realistic. Go out with friends, spend time with loved ones, do activities together, take a 10,000-step walk, treat yourself to delicious food, visit new places you've never been, try something you've never done before.
I want everyone to know that we don't need to rush to get over sadness. We don't need to be strong every single day. It's okay to cry some days.
But don't forget to go out and live your life. Don't let sadness make you forget that there are so many beautiful things in this world waiting for you to discover.
I believe that one day, along the way as we live our lives, we will gradually understand for ourselves that happiness hasn't actually disappeared; it's always all around us. It's just that on days when we're very sad, we might not see it.
Live life slowly, grow little by little, and let time heal your heart.
I am also learning to be happy again, too.
