C¥$ & WAG,your corp is so greedy that you want ALL the patients &then steal them bc most won’t switch to you willingly.Once you have them you can’t meet their needs bc your staff is overwhelmed, overworked,underpaid, understaffed,& unappreciated. #GreedOverload #PBMsAreGluttons

CV$ to patient: “You have to use us!” “You can’t go anywhere else or it costs more.” “Your meds are only covered if you use us.” Also CV$:”Who are you again? We don’t have you in our system. Ok,so you’ve waited over an hour,but it will be 3 days before it’s ready…why you mad?”

Mail Order:”It’s a specialized drug,requiring specific handling &packaging not all pharmacies have ability to do.” <throws med in mailer in snail mail w/out tracking,temp controls, safe handling instruc,or counseling weeks later &pays themselves double> I KNOW WE DO BETTER!

Someone asked me what the acronym PCMA meant. (I smiled because I knew I was going to give a snarky answer.) I said “Paying Congress Money Anticompetitively.” (Then I cried a little because it was so spot on the truth.)

What this tells me is those opposed are bought by PBMs,&no real reform will come from the executive or legislative branches. Judicial…you’re up! It’s the only area small pharmacies have seen progress. Thanks Congress for nothing as usual! Enjoy your payoff at small biz expense.

Employers:provide access to health ins w/choice in providers&pharmacies. 1 size doesNOTfit all. QUALITYcoverage is reported to be THE benefit most desired by employees&will pay something for when it’s worth it(helping you w/cost).Don’t go cheap just to say you offer”free”coverage

PBMs claim audits, metrics & other BS ”checks” protect patients. Folks, the only thing PBMs and insurance companies protect is their bottom line and the politicians in their pockets—all at your expense.

Maybe it’s just me,but if you make a specific promise prior to winning an election, you entered into a verbal contract with someone and should follow thru—or make a good faith effort to at least. #promisespromises
