for those who don't know, I lost around $100K in the span of a week by oversizing and trading emotionally
I took 5 days off from trading so I could just calm down and reflect
I told myself that I would take my first trade back when I saw the best risk to return opportunity
I sized ZCAT because it went from 150 mill down to around 75 mill and I caught the absolute bottom with size
from this point forward my goal is to be patient, reduce my sizing, and only trade the coins on the market that are actually worth while
if you feel like you haven't been performing well, take a week to just observe and paper trade instead of putting money on trades
when you're sitting at your PC or your phone, only buy something when it's something REALLY good
there are so many coins launching that are simply distractions
tune out all the noise and trade the best coins and you'll be way better off
after taking a week long break off trading, I came back and caught the bottom of $ZCAT for a scalp
this was a great confidence booster and I’m glad to be back ✌️
