CS were my first and second jobs, so I am usually pretty lenient, but honestly Samsung's mobile Customer Service on Chat is the worst I have ever seen, by far.

I am not saying Samsung should have necessarily done this much, but telling me to look at what I can find online by myself is very poor, I don't think this would deserve the title customer service... This is what I would expect from cheap brands not expensive Samsung....
Please, do better @SamsungMobileUS and have the whole Samsung Mobile US experience be of quality.
