I've been an @Airbnb member since 2012 as a guest and host. What a shit company they've become.
It’s been 3 hours since @AirbnbHelp publicly posted they wanted to help but has yet to reply to the DM. Lost another rebook in that time. @Airbnb’s public support is just a show. Expect nothing from them.

Yay for consistency. Just lost the 4th listing that could have helped us from being stranded thanks to @AirbnbHelp. That’s 4 in 36 hours that could have rebooked us due to delayed support responses. Still stranded

Another example of excellence from @AirbnbHelp: When trying to place me in a comparable listing to a two-story loft in the Gaslamp district of San Diego, they suggest this tiny $60/night shithole in Tijuana airbnb.com/rooms/23544298.
Their solution was to send us to Mexico.
