Rage is a powerful thing and also can be catastrophic.

So today I sent a msg to my friend and asked “I have an intrusive thought should I act on it?” He asked me “what’s that” so I told him. To my surprise the answer was YES, which I wasn’t expecting and I thought he will legit say “Don’t”….. oh well I acted on it, no result yet.
