BOOM! Welcome to my TED talk 🎙️
Might be the first indie hacker to do this and give the community the stage it deserves.
My 15+ years of entrepreneurship has been a rollercoaster.
But I'm so glad I've ended up here.

Overheard in co-working office:
"I don't want to review your AI output that you haven't reviewed yourself first"
Welcome to 2026.

Shameless plug: @TiinyHost
The NCSC is encouraging UK organisations to prepare for immediate updating of systems using PHP. Where immediate remediation is not feasible, organisations should consider taking the system offline until it can be fully mitigated.

Email is a great example of where people don't understand the value of SaaS.
I don't pay a premium to simply send emails.
I pay to protect my domain reputation and ensure my emails actually reach people.
I've spent years building my email list. One bad send could literally wipe out my relationship with all my customers and subscribers and kill my business.
That risk is not worth saving $20/mo.

As a techie: "Why tf do you need to add this line?"
As someone who's done SaaS support: "Good call 👍"

"SaaS is dead"
Last night I asked ChatGPT to build a replacement for an app I pay $10/month for. I wanted to build out some features specifically for my use case. Today I woke up and checked it, it was the perfect clone. Then I decided that this project was a waste of my time and deleted it.
My @Spotify playlist is my ultimate hack.
SO. DAMN. PRODUCTIVE.
Another AI proof business.
⚠️ An 82 year old Grandma from Leeds has declared WAR on corporate greed by setting up a stall outside her local Morrisons selling her collection of second hand carrier bags, after being enraged at the supermarket charging an extortionate 60p per bag! 😲
"I've been hoarding these bloody things for 30 years!" she explained. "I've got hundreds under the kitchen sink, cupboards full of them and thousands piled up in the garden shed!"
The pensioner pocketed a whopping £13.40 on her first day and insists she'll be back tomorrow, claiming she's got enough bags at home to keep her in business until 2029.

Ever wondered if the term "business class" is outdated?
It was built for one type of customer.
That customer is now the minority.
AI is doing the same to your SaaS rn.
There's a B2B SaaS lesson in here 🧵

Talk to new users every month, not just old ones
Check which use cases are growing in your data
Ask "why did you sign up?", not just "what do you want?"
