We came all the way to Buenos Aires and fought the good fight! I’m leaving RC Buenos Aires feeling incredibly happy. You have no idea how much this Top 32 means to me. I didn’t manage to qualify for the Pro Tour this time, but this result shows me that I can get there one day. And I’ll hold on to that belief with everything I have. I want to thank everyone who supported me throughout this journey. @yuyan_mtg, @BrunoEars, @fazpartemtg, @hugochaisman, and my teammates from @firststriketeam, all of you played a huge part in this journey. Thank you so much for being there for me! I also want to thank my entire community, everyone who follows my work, cheers for me, sends messages of support, and believes in my journey. You are part of this too! Even when we’re far apart, feeling your support gives me even more strength to keep chasing my dreams. Thank you so much for being part of this journey! We started 0-2, and as I said, I wasn’t going to drop. I played every single round, and we finished the tournament at 7-2, placing among the Top 32 players in South America! @fireshoes, thank you for always helping us reach more people. @Mana_traders, thank you for supporting me and helping me with my online testing! I’ll be sharing my logbook from this tournament on Metafy, including the decklists I played today and used during testing, along with my guides on how to play each deck. Starting Monday, we begin a new journey: preparing for RC São Paulo! We still have a dream to chase. Let’s make it happen together!

I’ll be writing a detailed tournament report and publishing it on Metafy, but here’s the story! After going 0-3 on Saturday, we came back on Sunday and finished 7-1 with Green Landfall! This is the archetype I’ve been working on the most in Standard, and I have a guide for it that I’m constantly updating. One important detail: the list was supposed to feature Cultivator, but the cards didn’t arrive in time, so I adapted and went into battle with the version I had. And we got the invite! R1 - UB Excruciator XOX R2 - UR Prowess OO R3 - UB Reanimator OO R4 - Jeskai Lessons OO R5 - RW Dragons OO SF - UW Control XOO F - UR Prowess OXO We're going to São Paulo to play Standard! I'm incredibly happy with this result! @fireshoes for value @Mana_traders - coupon #pcpalhares @firststriketeam

This weekend, I played my first RCQ. I chose this list because my read on the metagame was that I would face a lot of proactive decks, and I felt more comfortable having Hydra in the main deck as a faster finisher, while Erode gave me some additional angles of interaction. It ended up working really well. I went 4-0-1 in the Swiss and made it all the way to the finals of the Top 8. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the invite this time, but it was still an incredibly satisfying experience. I explain these strategies in my Guides, which you can find in the comments. @fireshoes for value
