In this serious heat, both those of us drinking garri with cold water and you taking ice cream are doing the exact same thing. The goal is just to cool down😂✌️

If your phone gets stolen today, do you have everything you need to track it?
Whether you use an iPhone or Android, take 5 minutes to do these things NOW. You might thank yourself later.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗜 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿
Dial *#06# on your phone.
You’ll see a 15-digit IMEI number. Some phones have two.
Write it down somewhere outside your phone, and keep your receipt or proof of purchase too.
Your IMEI can help the police and your network provider identify your device if it’s stolen.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗣𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 🍎
Go to Settings → Your Name → Find My → Find My iPhone.
Turn on:
• Find My iPhone
• Find My network
• Send Last Location
If your iPhone gets stolen, visit:
icloud.com/find
Sign in with your Apple Account to locate your phone or activate Lost Mode.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱 📱
Go to Settings → Google → Find Hub.
Make sure device finding is enabled. Also turn on Location and check your offline finding settings.
If your phone gets stolen, visit:
android.com/find
Sign in with the Google Account linked to your phone.
You may be able to see its location, make it ring or secure it remotely.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀
Know which Apple or Google account is connected to your phone.
Make sure you can access it from another device.
If you use Google, you can generate backup verification codes and store them somewhere safe offline.
Imagine finding out you could track your stolen phone, but you can’t even log into the account. 😭
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗪!
Open the tracking website on another device and check if your phone appears.
Don’t wait until your phone goes missing before discovering you never enabled tracking.
𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Your IMEI doesn’t automatically let you track your phone online. It’s useful information to provide to the police and your network provider.
And if you eventually locate a stolen phone, don’t try confronting the person yourself. Involve the police.
None of these guarantees you’ll recover your phone, but they can improve your chances.
Save this and share it with someone. You never know when you’ll need it.
