I used to drink coffee in morning with glass water & an energy drink to really get going
Coffee started giving anxious feelings & I’m not an anxious person so I cut that shit
So I cut coffee & just went lemon water & 1 energy drink (180-200mg)
It was great but my body wasn’t getting the minerals & nutrients it was deficient in cus I’d still feel sluggish at times knowing my full potential wasn’t clicking

Turn your apps back to default.
It is because of the app icons using custom colors. Idk why, but I turned mine back to default & the noise is now gone.
Turning system haptics off didn’t fix it.
I’m 100% positive the issue is with making your UI / Apps custom colors, strange but that’s the fix 👍🏻
IOS 27 is cool. Phones a lot more responsive & fluid
Haven’t tried Siri or new photo stuff yet
But @apple. Fix this fuckin computer noise I can hear from my iPhone 17 pro max while switching between apps & swiping the screen down for control center, etc.
I shouldn’t be able to hear my internal workings of my iPhone while tapping on an app or swiping up to close an app.
& I know I’m not alone cus others reported it too lol
