Times are tough in whisky, unless you’re buying the stuff. Charlie makes a rare move by purchasing an officially bottled Bowmore - the return of the Devil’s Cask release for 2026 that tempts him in. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #singlemalt #review @bowmore

Due to recent fortunes, Archie has struggled to breathe. His work needs attention and whisky has suffered. It takes something as big and punchy as this Ardnahoe Chairman’s Selection to bring him up for air. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #singlemalt #review @ardnahoe

Hamish has re-evaluated things and set himself some mindful goals. He thinks whisky could do well to consider the same. He gets contemplative with a bottle of brand new Crolly Irish Single Malt. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #singlemalt #review #irishwhiskey #WhiskeyReview

A house visitor to Ogilvie’s gathering declares bourbon the only whisky. Some work needs to be done. An Infrequent Flyers Glenlossie and Ogilvie’s wife are the strategies employed to cure boorishness. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #singlemalt #review #whisky

Broddy recommends everyone gives in to holiday whisky-souvenir purchases, as he reaches for a summer pour that instantly transports him back in time to family fun in Hawaii. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #WhiskeyReview #review #whiskyreview #Dramface #bourbon #bourbonlife #bourbonlovers #bourbonwhiskey

In his debut piece, we get to know Kenzie a little through his quieter pursuits; walking on rainy days and meeting others who enjoy the same. In his flask today is a Tawny Port Cask Caol Ila from Murray McDavid. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #singlemalt #scotchwhisky #review @Murray_McDavid

After travelling with a only few select picks, Charlie quickly became frustrated that he didn’t have his usual selection. He realises he needs the thrill of choice. Clydeside’s brand new 8yo in the glass. Wally joins in too. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #review #singlemalt @clydesidewhisky

Earie lost an old flame, 25 years ago he fell for Laphroaig, only for things to inevitable change. Now, with this newly envisioned 15yo, can he renew the spark? dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #singlemalt #review @Laphroaig

Wally yearns for the 1990s. He thinks whisky was better and living was easier. But there are some glimmers of hope for our futures, in whisky at least. He counts this new Benromach 12yo as one of them. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #singlemalt #review @Benromach

Vanilla. Some distilleries are just a bit like that. Charlie continues his Official vs Indy series with Aberfeldy and struggles to define what it’s all about. A Decadent Drinks is up against an official 21yo Madeira cask. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #singlemalt #review @DewarsAberfeldy

We ask our community which Scotch distilleries they would choose as their favourites. Voting for just one is hard. So what if you could choose ten? This Top 40 is produced by those votes. It is a real-time, live poll. You can keep your votes up to date, changing your mind is welcomed, anytime. forms.gle/CGpeFCULh6Xwz1127 #Dramface #whisky #Top40 #Castyourvote

Mason isn’t a cat-lover. Nor, it seems, is he ready to be seduced by this young Glasgow 1770 8yo Peated. Maybe, however, with a little time, anyone’s mind can be changed. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #whisky #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #singlemalt #review @GlasgowDC @1770Whisky

Charlie falls in love with a blended malt. One that he loves so much he’s even tried to make a version of his own at home. With this Cadenhead’s Warehouse special, he’s wondering what’s in the char. dramface.com/all-reviews/202… #Dramface #whiskyreview #scotchwhisky #blendedwhisky #whisky @WmCadenhead

Thanks for the great review. Agree; it’s excellent, but just a *bit* ‘safe’ compared to my most-beloved Benromachs. My first impressions below…

Overall: a winner, especially at/below RRP. It’s not as powerful or layered as their ‘core’ sherry-influenced Cask Strength releases (unsurprisingly)…but with few peers at its market point. Was clearly improving with time/air in the glass, too. #BenromachWhisky
