I’m in love with this sentence:
“Every pattern in your life repeats until you learn the lesson. The moment you choose differently, the loop ends and growth begins.”

you become neurotic if you think every weird (or even good) thing people do is about you. we cannot internalise everything. people will always be weird, and it’s exhausting to always think it’s about us.

I love sex. I love order more than I love sex.
I love having an exclusive body & stricter requirements than "good vibes". I don't love feeling conquered, or being used & won't be delusional or ignore uncomfy truths to indulge in casual sex comfortably.

You really have to limit your internet time these days it’s so much negativity and death and chaos. It’s really important to disconnect.
Where’s that Dr.Umar clip
HORRIBLE: An 8-year-old boy told a 6-year-old girl her dad was waiting for her upstairs. It was a lie, and what happened next was caught on her school’s cameras.
It happened Tuesday at a government school in Panchkula, India. Police say the boy led her into an empty classroom and attacked her, leaving her unconscious and critically injured. When her family arrived searching for her, it was the same boy who walked them to where she was lying. She’s now fighting for her life in the hospital. The classroom had cameras watched from the principal’s office, yet no adult stepped in. Police have opened a case against the school, and the boy is being evaluated by doctors to understand why a child that young would do this. Every parent sends their kid to school trusting someone is watching.
How does an 8-year-old end up capable of something like this?
