Works both on Eevee and Cycles
For those who wanted to recreate my fur shader
Basically, you mix the normals of the fur with the normals of the mesh. After that, you can stylize it with some compositing magic and adjust the shader for your own style and needs. Personally, I am still experimenting and improving my shader. I want my characters to have a great rim light, better performance in Cycles, and full control over the fur behavior. I post all of these stuff in my membership.
I'm still here, just fixing my PC. My CPU decided to die on Sunday, right when I was about to finish my horizontal video 🥲
I made a whole new character just for a single video and never used her again. Originally, Vixen was actually supposed to be a character for sale. A lot of followers kept asking to buy my models, but for obvious reasons, Tomas and Timon aren't for sale. So I thought about making a new model based on my existing ones, and that’s how Vixen was born. I made one dramatic test video and then just kind of forgot about her.
Now I'm not really sure what to do with her. On one hand, I don't really want to add a third character right now. On the other hand, she’s not polished enough to put up for sale yet. So much time has passed, my skills have leveled up a lot since then, and I see tons of things I’d want to tweak and rework.
So I'm curious: would you guys ever be interested in buying a model from me if I'll make one?
