Multiple wearables working together in one custom AI harness to give me training insights: - Meta Ray-Ban Display uses vision to identify my running shoes and let me converse with the agent - Garmin Instinct 2S + Strava provide my running history, including mileage, pace, and heart rate - WHOOP tracks my overall strain and recovery The harness uses all of that together to tell me whether my shoes fit the way I run and where I could adjust my pace or training intensity.
