I disappeared for a while because I was finishing university.
Now I'm back.
And honestly,I'm a little scared.

I was setup on the 24th . I was sick and someone I thought is my friend said she wants to send me a package. She knew I left my former location and traveled for break..
I sent her my address as she said she wanted to send me a get well soon package. This acct @Wchellebaby
I noticed the rider was sus, so I got pissed and blocked the number and said I don't want anymore.
She kept pleading I said I will send her money back.
Not knowing this girl was trying to get an unknown person to find my location and take me away.
I was even pissed that I was stressed not knowing she was setting me up with some unknown guys and this girl was begging me to step out of the house that there is a package.

Being an Abuja girl is not for the weak😭
Anyway, I pulled up to the @OrbitX_Pay Coffee Meetup in Abuja as a specially invited VIP creator, networked with other creators, dragged people into playing Scrabble, and somehow ended up being the MC.
Flips hair.….i know i know, there’s never a dull moment when I’m around

We learned about OrbitX, explored the app, had our Q&A session, took pictures, and continued networking even after the event ended.
But tell me why I attended a COFFEE meetup and didn’t drink coffee? 😭😭
Of course, the day couldn’t end there because me and the girls had to move to another location

i think a lot of people don’t know how much hard work + smart work it takes to get to the top 1%.
we talk about consistency, but most people still don’t realize how consistent you have to be to win in this space.
real consistency is putting in the work when you’re not getting any results.
ignoring the outcome and focusing on what you have to do, doing the work instead of complaining about the work.
that’s probably why a lot of people are no longer here.
they see people post wins and forget how long it took those people, the work rate they had to put in before they started winning and getting opportunities.
they set targets like “if i lock in for 3 months, i’ll make it happen.”
when nothing happens, they give up.
to win big, to be in the top 1%, you have to put in a crazy amount of work - much more than what you’re doing now, you have to break out of your comfort zone.

one of the biggest mistakes you can make as a writer or content creator is seeing a big name, someone you look up to, join a bounty and then deciding not to participate because they are also involved.

that person joined the bounty to make money for themselves oo and probably grow their name even more. so why are you the one backing out because they joined?
few things you need to understand;
• there is room for everyone. just because a big creator joined doesn’t mean you can’t earn from the same opportunity.
• you can’t grow if you keep running away from competition. if you always back out whenever you see someone bigger than you, how do you expect to get better?
• they were once upcoming too. nobody started at the top oo. the people you admire today also had to put themselves out there before they became who they are.
• learn from them instead of being scared of them. look at how they write, how they present their ideas, and how they engage with the project. take what you can learn and improve your own work.
• not every bounty will be a win, and that’s okay. even when you don’t win, you gain experience, improve your writing, and learn what to do better next time.
of course, always check if the bounty is worth your time and effort. don’t join blindly, but don’t let someone’s popularity be the only reason you stay away either.
you won’t know what you can achieve until you give yourself a chance.
go out there, do your thing, and build your own name too. 🫰🏽💜
