Don't forget that each of you have the power to make substantial impact ✊🏾 Whether it's within our own lives or our greater community, we must not forget that big or small, what we say and do matters. Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!
Ensure your students are including mental health goals when creating goals for the year! Ask, where did they find themselves struggling last semester? What can they improve upon? What resources do they need? How consistent will they commit to their mental health practices?
Remember to check in on your students' mental health state as we begin a new semester. Continuing with the same students? Check to see if circumstances changed or if they need assistance. If they are new students, discuss the importance of mental health and resources available.
