@oakley UK have been providing some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I requested a replacement under warranty for manufacturing defect (not a good start). I was informed once I returned them, I’d receive a replacement. 1/7

Continued… @oakley now I have to wait 2-3 working days to A. Speak to a manager. B. To hear if they can increase the 30% to 50% and C. If they can return the original pair. But naturally only one option can be explored at a time.
