Much in the same way that I dissect the Souls games in a high level of detail, I'm a big nerd when it comes to sound design in retro games and I've done all sorts of deep dives into that.

Hey so most people here know me for Dark Souls stuff, but I used to host a podcast called Retro Game Audio.
Though we only made a little over 30 eps before going on hiatus a while back, it's getting a reboot which begins tonight w/ a livestream. 8:30 EST:

In light of today’s date, I’d like to point out that the run time my most recently posted @ocremix is entirely coincidental. 😉

Not all vgm audio recordings are created equal. Here's where rips that you'll find on YouTube & *gasp* even official soundtrack releases go wrong, and the work that's being done to make sure future soundtrack releases are right with @_jmr
How is it that Doug Ford manages to involve the fucking LCBO in everything he does? I’m getting the impression that he’d be happier being the Chair of the Liquor Control Board rather than premiere.
#BREAKING: Doug Ford’s government is directing the LCBO to remove all Russian products from its shelves.
