I lost my Dad, the man who lived and breathed Red Sox and made sure his daughter did too, three years ago today. It never gets easier, but I’m sure I’m spending the day the way he would want to; Red Sox baseball and a good beer.

I wanted more from this World Series match-up but in 2004, all my dad and I wanted was a World Series win and having a relatively drama-free World Series felt like taking a deep sign of relief every night and I’m here for Brewers fans getting that experience. They’ve earned it.
