VIDEO: God Shamgod tells Stephen A. that Luka is “one of the easiest going great players I’ve ever been around”
He also says Luka “never wanted someone fired, he’s never wanted someone traded he never wanted to tell people what to do with their job”

SGA fans told you he could handle Luka coverage all season and is now averaging 20ppg with 5 tov per game to his 4apg against that coverage
“SGA is not playing good, he’s not MVP look at his stats and his teammates bailing him!”
This is exactly why there is a huge difference between watching a game and watching stats
He’s so clearly gets SMOTHERED EARLY, doubled and triple teamed every time he gets the ball of course his stats aren’t going to be the same 😭

Statement from Luka Doncic’s agent Bill Duffy of WME Basketball: "This season, Luka Dončić has performed at a historic level, leading the league in scoring, carrying the Lakers to third place in the Western Conference and placing himself in the middle of one of the most tightly contested MVP races in memory. To ensure that Luka’s incredible accomplishments this season are rightly honored and he can be considered for the league’s end-of-season awards, we intend to apply for an “Extraordinary Circumstances Challenge” to the 65-game rule. Luka missed two games this season for the birth of his second child in Slovenia. His daughter was born on Dec. 4 on another continent, and yet he was back in the United States competing with his team on Dec. 6. Luka has gone to great lengths to show up for his team and this league this season. His record-breaking season deserves to be noted in the history books, despite last night’s unfortunate injury and other extraordinary circumstances. We look forward to working with the NBAPA and the league office to ensure a fair outcome in this matter."
Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic is out indefinitely due to a left hamstring injury, sources tell me and @mcten. He will miss the remainder of the regular season and his status is uncertain beyond that.

With Wemby likely being eligible for awards this season and Luka as well as others likely missing out here’s some food for thought.
Wemby Total Minutes: 1,784
Luka Total Minutes: 2,289
The 65 game requirement is extremely flawed. Luka has basically played 16-17 more total GAMES than Wemby this season but could be penalized for not meeting threshold. It makes no sense.

In a 15-2 month for the Lakers, Luka averaged an NBA-best 37.5 points on 49.2% shooting from the field and 39.2% from three 💥

Averaging 38 ppg for a month is absurd. Doing that while also dishing out >7 apg is insane. Doing both of those things while playing good enough defense to get votes for DPOM is absolutely wild. MVP stuff.

"Luka's defensive numbers are way better than people think. 1-on-1 defense, ISO defense, his steals; all of that is better than what he's given credit for." 📊👀

I think I have hit my breaking point with Luka Doncic, however, I will not break
It’s frustrating watching your favorite player continue to push through and break records and precedents either set by himself previously or the greatest player’s ever to touch a basketball. All with no credit, actually the opposite, hate and constantly being discredited. He has put to rest all of the negative downsides people had with him. Out of shape? In the best of his life. Doesn’t play defense? Leads the league in steals this month . Not a winner? His team is about to finish TEN games above what the media had predicted, all with a lackluster roster that had both of his co-stars missing 20+ games respectively
All we want is appreciation towards his greatness
