This goes for Namibia as well. We are secular state, NOT a Christian country. Doesn’t matter how many Christians are in Namibia. Our Constitution guarantees us freedom of religion and equality of all faiths.

Muslims will take over Japan, inshaAllah. With Japan's declining fertility rate, its population is projected to shrink by nearly half over the coming eight decades. Islam, meanwhile, is projected to become the world's largest religion within the same period.

Now that I think about it, not once has any Muslim person ever tried to convert me.

South Africa is a secular state. No one religion governs the country. The Constitution was NOT written on Christian values.
Replying to @humzwrld @thee_aura
Yes, South Africa is a Christian country. Our constitution was shaped by Christian values and history, even our national anthem. A country where 80%+ of the people are Christian is a Christian nation.

Lazymaxxing your life with babies, 0y to 3y
1. Don't buy a baby crib. Put as big a mattress as you have space for on the floor and cosleep. Preferably put it in another room than the master bedroom - sometimes baby will have hard nights but you don't want two adult zombies in the house
2. Go everywhere you want. Buy a sling or baby sack, put baby there and go for coffee. Visit a friend with an older baby and ask to try all the baby wearing devices they have, you'll find a perfect one. Have to admit it is much easier to do in a friendly climate
3. Breastfeed if you can. It will allow you not to think about baby food for months and go out easier
4. Yes you can take baby to that museum or rock concert
5. When the baby is older slowly introduce the same food as you are eating at home
6. You don't need baby courses to develop baby brains. Talk to them. Let them cook with you or help with the laundry
7. Teach kids that there are boring times of the day. I think boredom is just the best gift you can present them, we all need space for creativity.
8. Read to your kids.
9. Yes it is ok to use diapers for a longer time but then spend just one day on potty training.
10. Teach them to cook their own food. They will be so proud!
11. Kids won't eat unhealthy food if you only have healthy food at home

Comparing the prices of two different stores.
Comparing the prices of two different brands.
Also EVERYONE knows that the house brand is always cheaper than other branded products.
And the difference here is only R4
😂These SO CALLED South african influences are saying SABS tests things and we dont need halal bodies to re test standards and stuff while 2023 south african Non halal beef burgers were found to have DONKEY MEAT IN THEM !
We do not need the HALAL certification as 90% citizens of this country:
SABS is South Africa’s national standards body. It sets secular technical standards (SANS) for product quality, safety and hygiene, including food. The SABS mark confirms compliance with those rules.
Halaal is a separate voluntary religious certification by private bodies like SANHA or MJC. It checks Islamic dietary rules (no pork, specific slaughter, no contamination) for Muslim consumers or exports.
They are unrelated. Food safety and cleanliness in SA are governed by SABS standards plus laws from Health and Agriculture departments, not religious marks.

There are products that have ingredients derived from pigs the average person wouldn’t think of (I.e gummy bears) so the halal certification helps literally anyone who doesn’t want to eat pork

according to some people online...
South Africa, the country that supports:
- Abortion
- Same Sex Marriage
- Divorce
- Freedom of Religion
- The LGBTQ Movement
is a Christian nation.
as @thee_aura wisely said: "This is not your mother's country."
Arguing "south africa is a Christian country we dontwant any halal" and then talking about eating PORK................ so are you just christian by name and vibes or do you actually follow your religion?

Thank you! A large chunk of my christian friends don't eat pork. My family members are ZCC goers and deliberately look for a halaal sticker at restaurants. Like most times they won't buy from a fish and chips unless it's halaal certified lol

If you don't know what halaal is, we can explain (as was done many times already) 😂
This expedition is willldddddddddd
“this is a christian country” it literally isn’t and it never has been
“but the majority are christian” that still doesn’t make it a christian country
“but the laws are based on christian principles” that is also not true and now you’re pulling things out of your ass

We have lived side by side in peace, for decades, with our Muslim brothers and sisters. There is a clear agenda to sow discord. This agenda must be rejected with the contempt it deserves.
